ABOUT DAVID A. DRESCHER

David A. Drescher, Esq. is an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. and dedicates his law practice to representing the rights of those injured to due to the negligence of others. His practice includes representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, trucking and bus accidents as well as premises cases at each stage of litigation. Originally from Florida, David received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. During law school, David was recognized by Hofstra Law School’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Society for his top notch negotiating skills in mediation and arbitration, skills which he applies on a daily basis as an associate of the firm. Prior to focusing full time on personal injury law, David spent years representing corporate and high net worth clients damaged by the negligence of their attorneys and law firms. In law school, David was an active student contributor to the Legal Malpractice Law Review, a popular internet based legal research blog. He immediately distinguished himself in the area of legal malpractice law and, after entering private practice, became a full member of its Editorial Board. David now utilizes his experience handling these complex matters as part of the Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. personal injury team. David has been selected by Super Lawyers as a 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 Rising Star. David is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. David enjoys reading, studying foreign languages, and spending time with his wife and three children. Read more:
