Select Accomplishments:• Led incentivized PBIS and Achieve initiatives aimed to decrease discipline and promote active reading at the high school level •. Reduced discipline by almost 50% with an incentivized behavior initiative called, “Hornet Bucks” in conjunction with the PTSA during the 20••••19 school year• Collaborated with the Associate Director of Three Rivers Land Trust to charter the first ever Leopold Society at Salisbury High -reintroducing inner-city youth to nature and conservation efforts; invited high-profile guest speakers to motivate and inspire students in middle and high schools• Created a more effective transportation system to minimize errors in student delivery and pick-up practices while improving safety protocols • Planned and executed successful school wide events including assemblies, Honor Roll programs, school wide celebrations, Freshman Orientation• Coordinated the Rowan Salisbury School Summer School Commencement Ceremony in 2018• Responsible for Communications and Marketing at SHS and authored the Renewal School Marketing Plan
