I am grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in my position. Since 2019, I have been working in a field that has taught me a plethora of knowledge though listening. Listening, observing, offering compassion and hope. Hope to gain trust and encourage self trust, self compassion and self love. I am passionate about my ability to continue learning and believe individuals can learn to promote healing. It is important to share insight and develop new strategies to promote healing tools and support. I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years and have been inspired to use holistic modalities to compliment the wellbeing of clients. Promoting mindfulness in daily living, while being engaged in process of recovery in the moment, for a lifetime.
