About David Wong

Director of Operations and Projects within Cooley\'s Business Intake and Conflicts (BIC group) David is responsible for the Business Intake Function (new matter number issuance), all departmental technologies, and primary liason to the Firm\'s internal Project Mgmt and IT functions. Prior to joining Cooley in his current role, David had over a decade of consulting experience focused on identification, implementation and monitoring of process / technology improvement and cost-savings initiatives. He has lead various aspects of transformational projects including business process assessments, organizational re-designs, and technology implementations. David has primarily served as a Project Manager / Engagement Lead as well as the roles of Functional Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, and Change Management / Training lead. David has an MBA from the University of Oxford (UK) and a BSBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
