ABOUT DAVE WESTON
Dave has worked for John Lawrie for over 35 years having joined the company in 1984. Since then he has grown through the ranks of the company and, in 1989, was appointed Operations Manager. Six years later he became Operations Director and also currently holds the title of Managing Director for the Metals division. Dave is responsible for all of John Lawrie\'s UK operations and focuses the majority of his time on the Metals and Decommissioning side of the business. His knowledge and expertise of metal recycling and processing built over many years is widely recognised by his industry peers and customers alike, and is reflected in the high volume of repeat business the business enjoys. Since April 2019, Dave has also sat on the Board of the British Metal Recycling Association (BMRA) where he discusses current industry challenges and successes, supporting members in the promotion of the metals recycling industry in the UK and internationally.
