Project manager for the response to regulatory issued Matter Requiring Attention (MRA) mandates. • Payment Systems Governance – June 2021- December 2022 Coordinated the response to an OCC issued MRA for high-risk control deficiencies in payment systems operations and completed on target. Developed the work breakdown structure for corrective actions in response to the MRA including over 100 resources, dependency planning and status reporting. The MRA included remediation of 17 high rated issues, risk awareness and prioritization for senior management and closure of a Significant Deficiency. I was awarded the platinum award for teamwork, ownership, and perseverance upon completion of the project. • Multifactor Authentication – November 2021 – Present Coordinated the response to an FRB issued MRA for weak user authentication controls for internet-facing money movement applications. Developed the work breakdown structure for corrective actions in response to the MRA including over 50 resources, scoping, regulatory reporting, and program status reporting.
