Experience includes RSRA\'s, Phase I ESA\'s, Phase II investigations, cleanups, BEA\'s, Due Care Plans, expert witness testimony, and many others. Mr. VerSluis has performed SBA environmental projects since 1993, at times working directly with SBA legal counsel. Mr. VerSluis has held the \"Registered Environmental Property Assessor\"(REPA) credential from the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP) since January of 1992. This credential carries equivalent requirements to the \"Environmental Professional\" designation, pursuant to the \"All Appropriate Inquiry\" Standards (Sections 101(35)(B)(ii) and of the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)), effective November 2006. Other experience: ISO consulting, siting and permitting, petroleum & hazardous waste, construction management, surface/groundwater permitting; asbestos, lead paint, radon, SPCC, mold, health & safety plans, water and wastewater treatment and even mosquito control during the West Nile Virus outbreak.
