Our responsibility is to impact change through the collaboration of academic research and practitioner experience. In the field of investigative interviewing, I have the incredible opportunity to work alongside the WZ team in developing and presenting curriculum to investigators across the globe. We provide investigators with non-confrontational tools to resolve cases while proudly standing for evolution and reform of methodologies.I also have an obligation and passion to evolve training standards, legislation and practical application of interview techniques. Ranging from presenting at a conference to delivering a virtual training program or consulting on an investigation to providing SME in the legislative process - my role is to further the application of ethical, research-based interview techniques.
