In 2004 I got my first opportunity to do some recruiting. I was quickly hooked on this industry! Nearly 20 years later, I still enjoy the difference you can make in someone\'s life when you find them that \"game-changing\" opportunity. Plus, when the right person lands in the right position at the right company and start making \"beautiful music,\" it is extremely rewarding. Over the years I\'ve learned to celebrate the highs but not get too down on the lows, and I hope to be a part of this industry for years to come. An additional perk is helping other recruitment professionals learn to do their job more effectively as well as explore new ideas and strategies for our industry to contribute positively to the workforce.
