After working over twenty years as a senior-level administrator in higher education, I decided that I wanted to reach out to a larger audience and begin building a business that teaches leaders to be more effective. I develop leaders by coaching them to advance in their careers, build teams, and grow businesses. Through my one-on-one and group coaching programs, leadership workshops, and speaking engagements, I give leaders the framework to begin building a positive leadership legacy and become the leader everyone wants to follow. In my leadership roles as a college athletic director and head coach, I found it very challenging to sort through all of the information that was available.
