WHAT I DO - I advise and mentor emerging and growth commercial real estate companies. As CEO of Freedom Venture Investments (PE RE Fund) I\'m responsible for implementing both company deliverables as well as honing in on client returns, and eligibility. I additionally work directly with HNW investors, Family Offices, Commercial Banks, Institutions and Hedge Fund managers. College endowments and Pension Funds are an emerging client classification for us at this time. WHERE DO I DO IT - Our client relationships are scattered around the globe a portion are coming from London and New York City, although I also service all other major metropolitan areas of the U.S. and the U.K. Ireland continues to research our offerings. MY EXPERTISE - My expert and core competencies include: business strategy, financial structuring, capital markets, negotiation and business operations. My drive and focus is in capital deployment in Multi-family CRE assets, core plus with an anticipated 6 yr fund dissolution. I believe that strategic alliances are critical to velocity of capital and work diligently to align with the right JV partners. Alignment of core values makes for a better outcome every time. Our team has over over 40 years of successful CRE development and is poised to become a leader in our niche market. WHAT ELSE - Often, my expertise has been utilised through executive education and training assignments. I am often sought out as a speaker or moderator at conferences, and have been quoted in or interviewed by several publications. I have been a regular guest on CNBC, Today Show to name a few and the Star of A&E\'s Flipping Boston\" I have mentored students internationally, I am an advocate for junior executives, helping to develop the next generation of leaders.
