I have strong and sometimes complicated views on HR / people ops. For example- I\'m a lawyer, but I see compliance as a floor and not a ceiling- I get frustrated when ineffective ways of doing HR persist only because \"that\'s how we do it.\"- I think compliance can be part of strategy- I don\'t like useless policies- I\'m not a fan of bureaucracy- HR can be both a vital function and a support function.I\'m also on a journey as an OCD advocate with lived OCD experience, working to eradicate harmful mental health stereotypes.I am a licensed attorney (MA).
