Dave Sanders started investing in CSU rental properties and remodeling homes in Fort Collins along with his wife and business partner Lara Williams when they moved to Northern Colorado in 2002. Dave has found that home buyers, home sellers, investors and tenants looking for real estate in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado share and appreciate his and Lara’s passion for homes that are more energy efficient and sustainably built / updated because these homes are more comfortable to live in, cost less to operate, and have a greater return on investment. Dave continues to augment his practical experience with sustainable, energy efficient homes through continuing education. He has earned the National Association of Realtor’s NAR GREEN designation. Dave spent the first decade of his career as a civil engineer managing large municipal development projects. From there he went on to key roles helping fast-growth companies like Select Comfort and Ergotron by leading multi-faceted product and business development programs, and managing cross-functional teams and sales teams.
