Dave is responsible for energy services and production activities as well as information systems. He manages work flow and priorities, performs utility bill analysis and prepares reports for key clients. As project executive he presents reports of findings, makes recommendations and obtains the necessary approvals.Dave is Secretary of the Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. He assists the president with strategic planning, special projects and preparation of proposals. He leads the development, review and evaluation of procedures and training and is responsible for certain accounting/financial functions such as insurance, retirement plan administration and budgeting. He also represents the company at conferences and trade shows. Dave served as Vice President, Energy Services, for six years before his promotion to SVP.For the past 26 years, Cost Control Associates has helped clients across all industry segments reduce and manage energy, waste removal, telecom and cellular costs through a variety of innovative programs.
