My career has always centered around one theme: building teams that can take on challenges bigger than any one person could solve alone. I’ve had the opportunity to work across borders, cultures, and fast-changing industries and what’s become clear is that great service organizations don’t happen by accident. They’re built with intention, consistency, and a commitment to developing people.I’ve carried that belief into my work at Power Design. Today, I help lead the growth of our nearshore operations and guide cross-functional service initiatives that move us toward a more scalable, innovative future. My role brings together global service leadership, digital adoption, and operational strategy but at its core, it’s about ensuring our teams have what they need to serve our clients at the highest level.I’m energized by environments where things move quickly and expectations evolve just as fast. That’s where collaboration, clarity, and strong leadership matter most. I enjoy shaping service models that don’t just support where the business is today but anticipate where it’s going next.Ultimately, I’m driven by a simple goal: Build teams and systems that elevate people, deliver measurable impact, and strengthen Power Design’s influence across the construction and technology industries.
