My father gave me an organized, technical background and my mother gave me the heart of a teacher. At the core of it I\'m a problem solver who enjoys sharing my knowledge. As my experience shows, my career and opportunities have taken me on a road of experience through very small startup companies and large corporations in industry dealing with circuit boards to thermal spraying to computer chips to online digital marketing. I have been apart of growing an organization from the ground up, merging multiple organizations into one cohesive company, and apart of acquisitions that required integration into a larger organization. My current organization has a belief that process sets strategy free. I truly believe this is vital for organizations to operate effectively.
