   I was recruited to improve the visibility of PMO metrics and then lead technology and data projects at Carilion Clinic (formerly Carilion Health System), a non-profit integrated healthcare company that boasts a network of hospitals, clinics, medical practices, pharmacies, health clubs, and a host of other related services. I oversee a portfolio of projects through all lifecycle phases, from inception and planning, to business analysis and specifications development, to delivery and closure. I manage stakeholder relations and communications, serving as a trusted partner across the organization.Key Projects Delivered: Built out the data collection, storage, analytics, and reporting (data visualization) platform, which included defining data collection points and KPIs for 85 different processes. Managed the development of a secure, Cloud-based research environment that enabled information sharing and collaboration across healthcare systems, universities, and research centers. Scaled the data storage infrastructure used for medical imaging, cutting data retrieval times by 75%. Managed a portfolio of projects for the Vendor-Neutral Archive optimization program, helping to reduce risks related to Joint Commission compliance. Led a security badge access and SSO project that delivered 14 go-lives in just 18 weeks using Agile sprints. Led the deployment of a security alert messaging solution for Behavioral Health that was adopted in ED and then extended to 5 additional health units.
