About David Piltz

He is a specialist in instructional design, organization design and in developing interactive learning tools, simulations, training games, and unique facilitation tools and methods. He has designed and delivered programs in leadership, change, communication, teamwork, customer service, and productivity. He has created instructor-led materials, job aids, and e-learning modules. He has led the development of learning tools, simulations and interventions for global corporations and academia. He has served on the board of directors and co-chaired a conference of the North American Simulation and Gaming Association (NASAGA).He is also a Marriage and Family therapist and works with couples and families on a variety of issues such as trust and betrayal, affairs, intimacy, grief, divorce, communication, addictions, conflict, communication, parenting and any of the myriad of relationship issues all couples and families experience. In addition, Dave holds certification in game design, is a master practitioner of the MBTI®, and trained in Neurofeedback. We have established satellite companies in Syracuse, NY; Baltimore, MD; and Savannah, GA. Over the years, we’ve killed in Philadelphia, Gettysburg, and Scranton; we’ve knocked ‘em dead in Atlantic City, Princeton, and Hackettstown.
