About Dave Parsons

Dave Parsons made his debut in the automotive industry at the retail level in the mid-80’s. Since that time Dave has been providing remote and face-to-face solutions for marketing and training events, retail dealership process improvement and consulting, management and dealer workshops, facilitation, production and activation. The proven results are cost effective, creative and objective-driven. During his OEM career, Dave has held numerous positions, of those: National Field Training Manager (VW and Audi) and Manager, Marketing and Sales Training (Porsche Cars North America). During his tenure with PCNA, Dave not only instituted the Porsche Field Training Team to design and manage Porsche’s award-winning corporate training, but also successfully developed and launched the Porsche Driving Experience, a high-performance driving school for consumers. Most recently, Dave has been involved with Maritz Automotive, with day-to-day involvement in the California Clean Fuel Reward program, a time-of-sale incentive for the purchase or lease of a qualifying EV product. As a result, Dave has intimate knowledge of the EV industry from the standpoint of dealership personnel, the OEMs, Tier 1 supplier and the client, CARB (California Air Resources Board). OEM brands previously supported include Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Honda, Acura, Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, Porsche, Polestar, Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Chevrolet, GMC Trucks, Hummer, Cadillac, Kia, Hyundai, Genesis, FIAT, Chrysler, Dodge, JEEP, RAM Trucks, Lotus Cars, Ford, Lincoln, BMW, MINI, Mitsubishi, Buick, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Jaguar, along with multiple EV motorcycle manufacturers.
