As part of the family-owned golf and leisure complex, I worked in a number of positions throughout food & beverage, golf coaching, marketing, business development, front of house (FoH) and operations. • Following the acquisition of the complex by Mawley Hall LLP in 2020, retained by the PE investor to oversee and run the day-to-day operations. • Work with the newly formed Board to drive business sustainability, growth and market share to remain ahead of competitors.• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams throughout marketing, accommodation/housekeeping, F&B, Pro Shop/retail, maintenance, back-office administration and sales.• Work with insurance providers as part of H&S and risk management practices and protocols, advocating safe working practices.• Leveraged professional golf expertise to secure an exclusive client list for private lessons, securing additional monthly and annual revenue. • Led the analysis of organisational processes and procedures, implementing streamlined and continuous improvements to drive efficiencies and increase profitability. • Directed creating and implementing a CRM system to increase productivity and reduce costs; delivering transparent reporting and enabling effective data-driven decision-making.• Worked on a number of business cases and investment portfolios to attain funding to drive the business forwards.
