VitalCore Software is Medical Device Integration (MDI) middleware (patent pending) providing proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of EHR data loss issues. We connect to all medical devices regardless of vendor and collect the HL7 information to ensure the device is on, working correctly and sending HL7 information to the Electronic Health Record. VitalCore\'s single centralized dashboard for HL7 medical device data enables real-time troubleshooting of EHR data loss issues for biomedical and clinical engineers. Current vendor support tools can only access HL7 data from their own networked devices. Vitalcore enables the ability to funnel all HL7 device data into a single view (identify, collect, store and display HL7 data output from all device APIs). This enables proactive troubleshooting of data loss to the EHR. Applying AI/Machine Learning analytics on our data, we can provide anomaly detection and pattern matching to find and predict issues with networked medical devices.
