With over 16 years of experience dealing with all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties, I have been able to successfully apply our proactive methodology of property assessment & taxation management.With a strong team of analysts and consultants, we are able to work together and utilize Altus Groups extensive in-house library of replacement-cost manuals, case law, municipal zoning and land-use bylaws, sales leasing data, and regional assessment acts to conduct in-depth research to best support our clients when appealing assessments.This allows our clients to effectively budget and manage their operating cost with assurance that they aren’t being over assessed and being aware of what the property tax bill will look like year after year.I have been a real estate professional since 2002, and continue to be a member of the RECA (real estate council of Alberta) and CREB (Calgary real estate board).I always look forward to making new professional connections.
