I\'ve been a practitioner and then leader in the complete lifecycle from formative insights through design and evaluation. I\'ve worked in complex domains like primary care, clinical research, intelligence analysis, cloud provisioning, and network security. I\'ve established unique models of user partnerships beyond traditional human-centered methods to build systemic inclusion and get more effective solutions.I\'ve delivered for Samsung, Microsoft, Intel, Eli Lilly, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Kaiser, Sonosite, F5, BMC.
