Discovering that modifications are required after your commercial property is acquired, but prior to earning the \"Certificate of Occupancy\"(C.O.) stops many businesses before they start. BUILDING CODE CONSULTATIONS: We help building owners, contractors, architects & engineers to efficiently communicate with those who regulate local building & construction efforts.\"Building Code\" is the legal language that determines how buildings must be configured to meet the needs of their determined use. This is our language! Allow us to help you be successful in the use of your building and avoid detrimental & unexpected liabilities & costs. FULL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES: In collaboration with the architectural firm Super-Unison, McClelland Group offers a full range of architectural & engineering design services in the states of, TN, NC, & AL. Our services include new construction, additions, and renovations for all commercial and residential uses.
