I\'m a Head of Product with an unusual background: I started my career as a Software Engineer, spent years as a Web Developer and Designer, then moved into Marketing leadership and innovation before finding my way to Product. I\'ve worked in startups, scale-ups and multi-nationals with teams of all shapes and sizes. That journey left me with something that talking with other leaders seems like it\'s pretty rare, I can sit in a room with engineers and actually understand the technical constraints, then turn around and craft the narrative that gets stakeholders aligned. I\'ve shipped code, designed interfaces, run campaigns, executed go to market strategies and built product teams. It all connects.Right now I lead Product, Research and Design at MediShout, where we\'re digitising hospital operational workflows. Before that, I spent four years at Reckitt driving digital health innovation in R&D, and before that I scaled an e-commerce platform from startup to market leader.I care about building products that make a measurable difference, and building teams that enjoy the work. I\'m regularly in the trenches, working on getting things prototyped, tested, built. I lead with vision, support with hands-on and equip my team for their own professional growth.
