For the last 9 years, I have been the Program Manager of Georgia\'s Radiation Protection Programs which includes the Radioactive Materials Program and the Environmental Radiation Program. As a Program Manager 2, I am tasked with the overall health of the two programs, including planning out the future growth and direction, managing a $2.5 million budget, continuous process improvement and maintaining a national presence through organizations such as CRCPD and OAS.I have been the lead in the development of the RadOnline system for electronic tracking and development of Radioactive Materials Licenses and Inspections- Member of multiple Lean Six-Sigma project teams, including Industrial Wastewater Permitting process improvements and the Radioactive Materials Licensing and Training program- Member-at-Large of the Southern States Energy Board (20••••20)- Appointed to the ASTSWMO Radiation Task Force (3 year term, started 4th quarter 2019)- Appointed to the G-73 Committee on Communication and Outreach for Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors (CRCPD)(started October 2020)
