User experience is my passion. We all interact with websites and services all the time and every one of us deserves better from our experiences, whether they\'re online or offline. I strive everyday to discover better ways to design experiences to make our lives easier. This ranges from conducting research initiatives like observational analysis, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, to facilitating ideation and sketching sessions to drive design. These initiatives then drive the design of innovative and compelling interactive experiences communicated through user task flows and detailed annotated wireframes or prototypes. I have a diverse background that includes working in both the Energy and GPS sectors as a software developer before finding his true passion in the web. I also have experience as a User Experience Developer and Information Architect at the Habanero Consulting Group and now am a User Experience Designer at OpenRoad.
