Organizations come to us when working harder just isn\'t the answer anymore. They are frustrated that their sales team\'s efforts are not leading to the amount of new business opportunities expected which results in not obtaining new business revenue goals, or they market well and are constantly engaging new opportunities but are disappointed when far too much business seems to slip through the cracks due to low closing percentages. Many of our clients happen to be market leaders but in an effort to not be commoditized by their market place they search for more effective ways to create value earlier in their business development efforts as they are worried that constant price pressure leads to lower profit margins even if sales revenues have increased.
