Hey, I\'m Dave - I lead Transformation delivery at Cooper Parry, working closely with CP leaders to deliver results, playing a key role in driving the strategic portfolio of business improvement and transformation across the company. I guide senior stakeholders through the process, supporting, coaching and engaging colleagues, leaders and managers across the business through the change journey.I have an active involvement in sustainability as a member of our committee and I’m delighted that we have just won our first ESG award for Most Sustainable Accountancy Firm, recognition for demonstrating how we make it part of our everyday culture CP has tripled in size over the last couple of years\' and we are gearing up for further growth to push towards our ambitious goals, meaning abundant opportunities for career growth and progression. Personally, I like a challenge. It’s a great place to be, to learn, to grow, to develop and have fun.We’re committed to using CP as a force for good.
