My approach combines Lean enterprise thinking, strategy deployment, and leadership coaching, balancing analytical rigour with pragmatic, supportive guidance.Alongside my consulting career, I have a personal and professional commitment to sustainability and rural development. I designed and built an energy-efficient SIPs home in Fife and co-run Craighall Steading, a luxury countryside B&B recognised with AA 4-Star Gold and Green Tourism Gold.
