Producer and co-editor of the book,\"Christianity and Homosexuality: Some Seventh-day Adventist Perspectives.\" Milestones in this process included creation of an Advisory Council for a national affinity group non-profit, development of a national workshop to present papers, managing final publication with eighteen authors, targeted release at a national press conference and oversight of ongoing marketing. Leadership at the Glendale City Seventh-day Adventist church that includes chairmanship of committees and boards which oversee the financial operations, strategic planning, fundraising, program development, diversity modeling and a $2 million endowment with active involvement in raising $1.3 million for specific projects. As a result, new programs have been created to meet the needs of the congregation and the community including greater inclusiveness of LGBT members. Financial Services management experience brought a growth in revenue of over $1 million to the firm during a five-year period, expansion of the number of representatives, positive annual audits and no problems with Supervisory Regulatory Organizations during a period of increasing legal actions. Resulted in an offer to serve as the director of operations in the United States for a new broker-dealer.
