Provide strategic and operational leadership for a $75M+ portfolio of adult interim housing programs across Los Angeles County- Supervise and mentor a team of Coordinators, driving performance, accountability and professional development- Lead systemwide initiatives to strengthen interim housing operations, including contract compliance, provider transitions, and cross-departmental workflows- Collaborate with funders, government partners, and internal leadership to align program delivery with broader housing system goals- Develop tools, trainings, and escalation protocols to support site-level implementations of evolving policies and standards- Analyze data and key performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot barriers, and improve outcomes- Serve as thought partner to executive leadership, surfacing field-based insights and driving continuous improvements across the system.
