I’m the Founder and President of Real Time Intelligence (RTI), where we turn supply chain “blind spots” into competitive advantages. Our platform, eP360, gives companies real-time visibility into their reusable assets—pallets, trays, totes, bins, racks, and beyond—cutting losses, shortening cycle times, and unlocking measurable ROI.For two decades, I’ve been building solutions at the intersection of technology and operations. Today, RTI manages over 300 million assets across 20+ countries, tracking more than a billion movements every month. We serve global leaders like IFCO, Walmart, Amazon, Toyota, and GE Appliances, as well as innovators in food, beverage, and baking.I’m passionate about tackling “accepted losses” that drain industries year after year. Tray loss in the baking industry, for example, has hovered around 25% annually for decades.    eP360, RTI’s IOT Platform, leverages sensors (RFID, BLE, GPS) to track the internal and external movements of assets in motion in our client’s production and supply chain environments in real time, providing valuable optics and metrics that drive efficiency and eliminate waste. With over 200 million assets being tracked across the globe, we have now accumulated over 4 billion trips worth of insights for our clients to drive savings. Assets managed include products and finished goods, raw material and WIP, tools, gauges, and other high value assets inside a production facility, as well as the fleets of returnable assets in the burgeoning reusable container market (containers, crates, racks, etc.) outside of the facilities.
