I\'m a published and multi-award-winning author and short story writer. My debut novel \'A Reluctant Spy\' came out in 2024 and won both the McDermid Debut Award and the Bloody Scotland Debut Prize in 2025. My next book,\'Solitary Agents\', comes out in June 2026. I speak, write and teach on writing and publishing regularly. I am also a senior user experience designer, specialising in consultancy, design, analysis and agile delivery support. I have a wide range of clientside and agency experience including financial services and B2B software such as CRM and ERP systems. I work at Natwest Group in the Commercial Bank.Specialties: Currently: UX consultancy and wireframing, agile development, stakeholder management, user testing, user interface review and improvement, design system contribution and management. I create and manage prototypes and wireframes, both interactive and flat, primarily using Axure RP and Figma.
