In my role as Lead Delivery Manager at NHS England, I have been responsible for overseeing a large transformation program to modernise and re-platform the Directory of Services. This initiative aims to ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate care pathways to meet their needs. By leading multidisciplinary product teams, I have successfully delivered digital transformation to support current use cases within Urgent and Emergency Care, while also identifying opportunities to scale into new pathways to meet the evolving needs of patients and services in a modern health ecosystem.

From a career foundation in frontline Paramedic medicine, I have progressed to my current role as a senior manager within NHS E/I Transformation Directorate delivering digital transformation. Utilising my operational knowledge of the ambulance service and the broader NHS ecosystem I am working to shape and implement the next generation of digital healthcare solutions in the pre-hospital arena.To support my professional growth, I have supplemented my experiential learning with relevant academic qualifications, most recently completing an MBA with Henley Business School.I am known for my personalised communication style, which has been essential in my clinical role in order to build trusted relationships with a wide cross-section of cultural backgrounds. This is a trait that I have been able to carry forward into my subsequent personal and professional encounters.I am comfortable working as an individual but I’m most energised by working collaboratively to problem solve issues collectively. I believe that diversity of thought often develops better solutions.I maintain my Paramedic registration (HCPC) which helps me support my local community and maintain my clinical knowledge.What Drives Me:I am passionate about personal development, as I believe it is fundamental to the success of an organisation and the individuals within it.
