I help Metro tell its story through advertising/marketing. 850+ employees, 357 buses and 14 million passenger trips per year. I manage an internal team of 4 and external vendors (video, radio, agency, photo, web, etc.) in the execution of a $3.0 million budget. I help people figure out how to ride the bus, but more important, I tell them why they should: free wi-fi, mobile payment apps, real-time trip information, new buses and new facilities and a whole new perspective on public transit.
