And minds aren\'t steered—they\'re related to.I co-founded the Artificiality Institute to study this relationship: how humans and AI learn to coexist, collaborate, and coevolve. We run the Chronicle, a longitudinal research program tracking how people actually experience AI in their work and lives.Through the Artificiality Studio, I advise leadership teams and founders navigating AI transformation—not the technical implementation, but the harder questions: How do you redesign work when AI changes what work means? How do you build a culture that collaborates with AI without losing its identity? What do you do with the time AI creates?My background is pattern recognition across domains: creative software leadership at Apple, equity research at Morgan Stanley, venture capital investor. I\'m currently also a Visiting Researcher at UC Berkeley\'s Center for Human-Compatible AI.I write a regular essay series on what corporate AI decisions reveal about leadership quality.
