I am currently running a delivery team implementing a new Internal Development Platform (IDP) in AWS.My previous project was implementing monitoring using Dynatrace to the fleet (11 ships) and shore for CUK\'s infrastructure, applications and databases. Working with 3 developers and a Dynatrace Consultant. Tasks involved are, running the team, stand ups, planning, retro\'s, roadmap, budgeting, commercials, vendor management, demo\'s and reporting to stakeholders as high as VP\'s. In parallel I am also managing and delivering SolarWinds HCO for Network monitoring for all the ships and shore, this involves working with a third party, Prosperon, delivering this in agile ways of working.I am also delivering IT infrastructure projects, Apigee & webMethods upgrades, working with suppliers, GlueReply and Coforge.Additionally I am supporting and doing change management to Agile ways of working for the Technology Services Team, this includes, project delivery, RAID Set up and new ways of reporting from top down / bottom up using Jira and Confluence.

I am an experienced Online Delivery / Programme Manager, with industry knowledge in E-commerce, multi channel retail, mobile and mobile app development (iOS, Android), SaaS, Digital Publishing, Media and Digital Design. I have multiple Agile qualifications, including SAFe and I’m a certified ScrumMaster.
