About Dave Cutherell
I began my journey with a mechanical engineering degree in hand and a desire to create in my heart. I currently pursue my woodworking and meditation obsessions through teaching. I am also on the board of the Austin School of Furniture Foundation. I have been on the founding team of four startups, and led two company turnarounds. My endeavors spanned from one of the very first 3D printing technologies all the way to outdoor lightweight backpacks. I am also a proud father and grandfather and devoted family man. Specialties: Product design and development, small business planning, small business start-up and growth, product marketing, financial planning and management for small businesses.
