Collaborate with Billing stakeholders to ensure new platform solutions accurately integrate commercial decisions.Bridging the Technical Divide: Facilitate design alignment across the delivery lifecycle by working with IT Architects, software vendors, and QA/Testers, ensuring technical specifications are met.Automation for Efficiency: Created a custom Excel VBA tool to streamline the upload of features and user stories directly into Azure DevOps, significantly accelerating the transfer of Billing design specifications.Business Analysis Team Enablement: Drove efficiency and consistency across the business analysis team by developing and standardising templates for process mapping, design presentations, and user story documentation.Connecting People: Orchestrate robust collaboration between Billing stakeholders and technical leads to manage design complexity.
