Inspirational, experienced and dependable software project delivery specialist, with a passion for digital product strategy in startups, scaleups and tech for good.Happiest standing at a whiteboard (nowadays virtually on video calls) with a team of talented individuals, generating creative technical solutions to challenging business problems, or with my head down delegating tasks and planning out giant project deliveries.17 years experience delivering digital projects for startups, SMEs, NGOs and large corporates. Builds include complex web apps, native mobile apps, campaign based online platforms, content management systems and custom CRMs. In my current role client side, I work with early stage startups, scale ups and corporates helping founders and stakeholders shape their vision into achievable business goals. Internally I am responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery function within the business, line managing our PM\'s, coaching, managing and mentoring our agile product development teams and delivering world class projects for our clients.Before focusing on agency work, I spent 3 years as Co-Founder/Director of Evans & Finch ltd, building my technical and business knowledge through managing my own creative web startup. In the years before specialising in the software world, I was an accomplished, degree educated, traditional 2D and digital animator. Love the process and the journey, not the destination!
