I\'m an experienced, ambitious business leader, fitness professional and qualified teacher currently leading strategy and managing a number of duel use sites and commercial services within a large multi academy trust in Bristol. I have 5 years experience working within Further Education and the Life Long Learning Sector. Creditable senior experience leading teams in schools catering, wrap around childcare provisions, school sports partnerships, leisure and facility hire, event management, procurement and contract management. A keen interest on studying behaviour styles, behavioural psychology and emotional intelligence linking all to generating successful teams and supporting growth.
