o Cisco UCM v11.5 – config route patterns, partitions and CSS’s | endpoint device and line config | PRI and SIP trunk selection | H323 gateway changes | user profile mgmt. o Cisco Unity – admin for users, setup auto-attendant for remote offices o IP phone endpoints – 8851/8865/79xx/CIPC/Jabber o Collaboration endpoints – SX80, SX20, DX80, MX800, RoomKit+, Webex Board, VG224 o UCCE – provide admin for users, skill groups, teams and basic script changes o Cisco ISR 4450 and Catalyst 4510/6510 – troubleshoot router / switch issues related to Telecom, upgrade IOS, change running config as needed o Cisco TMS – monitor our video systems, upgrade endpoint firmware and schedule meetings o Oracle SBC – interact with our SBC’s to do SIP troubleshooting with our SIP trunk providers o Webex – perform training and user admin for Personal Rooms and Collab Meeting Rooms o NICE call recording – perform admin o Support over collaberation users at 100 sites o Work directly with the Cisco TAC on resolving high level issues
