Business Partnering the Commercial Lines & Chief Distribution Office to support 1st Line Risk and Governance decision making, culture and advice. Including the following:• Enable the business to articulate the risk profile of the business/service/process clearly, consistently and comprehensively, including the integrity of the process and controls• Actively challenge poor, inefficient, or excessive controls, related tasks and behaviours.• Support development of and execute a clear risk & governance strategy for managing the business growth agenda and transformation initiatives • Providing risk, governance and regulatory compliance expertise and training, balancing good customer outcomes with commercial objectives• Being aware of risks and opportunities for the business arising from the external market and changes in internal business strategies• Leading responses to Regulatory Interventions (including S166’s)• Supporting and facilitating the assessment and onboarding of new deals and opportunities from a risk and controls perspective
