Over 30 years of experience in leadership, management, and transformational change within organizations. As a Principal Consultant for Life Cycle Engineering (LCE), my expertise is focused on helping both public and private enterprises improve performance by implementing Reliability Excellence (Rx), Lean best practices and change management. I have assisted both national and international companies implement major change initiatives and provide coaching to senior leaders and managers on their roles in leading and transitioning through change. My track record of repeated results and expert coaching has resulted in the increased change competency of the people and organizations I consult. The foundation for my experience was in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Submarine Force where I was responsible for nuclear reactor operations and reliably maintaining the electronic support systems for the submarine’s nuclear propulsion plant. As a lead instructor in the Navy’s Nuclear Power Training pipeline I achieved high standards of excellence in training, education, and course design and earned the certification as a Master Training Specialist. I am a certified Prosci Change Management professional and I am one of the very few Prosci Authorized Training Provider Certified instructors in the US. In addition to my broad technical background, I also hold a Masters degree in Business Administration from Webster University.
