Transferred to an exciting new role effective July 1st. For the Escape PHEV/FHEV, I am working closely with the suppliers and PVT to support build events with design changes, quality improvements and cost reductions. I am also working closely with a cross functional team on a future FHEV program to achieve program deliverables and support program milestones. I am taking training in 3DX and continue to improve my skill set. In the 3rd quarter of 2024, I changed programs to the F150 FHEV and Lightning.
