The name Two Million Flowers came out of me training to keep bees. I liked the business model they operate in the hive. There is great clarity of purpose which is communicated effectively and that clarity generates very effective performance within the hive.As I encounter organisations I notice a common trait of weak and unfocussed communication that results in confusion and misunderstanding which is very detrimental to effectiveness. Often this is simple to improve and the resultant culture is more desirable and profitable for all concerned.
