I\'m an experienced Market Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. With four years entrenched in the sponsorship industry and an additional three years dedicated to honing my skills as an account manager, I thrive in cultivating meaningful partnerships and driving impactful results.Here are some key skills I can bring to the table:KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEGoing into my fourth year at SponsorUnited, this has been a learning tree for myself and how the sponsorship industry works. I started in the Sponsorship scout program in January of 2020 where the initial knowledge I gained served as a foundation for what I know today.COMMITMENT TO GROWTHOutside of managing accounts for AMZ One Step, I\'ve also grown the headquarters office from 5 people when I started to 12 people. Through successful hiring campaigns and selection processes, this enabled the office to expand into a larger space to allow these team members to express they\'re creative minds.INDOMITABLE SPIRITBeing a second degree black belt in Taekwondo, I\'ve learned that true success and accomplishments are achieved through perseverance. I have experience working in high stress situations and getting to the finish line on high-value projects.Outside of work, I like to travel. As a passionate Canadian, my bucket list for travelling is to visit every province and every territory in Canada. So far, I have my home province of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Northwest Territories crossed off.
