Dave Zimkin is the founder and host of the “Real Estate Coach” Radio Show on ESPN 1700AM Dave Zimkin, Real Estate Broker and founder of Zimkin Realty, has over a decade of experience in real estate with an extensive background in short sales, foreclosures, investment properties and of course traditional sales. Dave’s vast experience as a consumer advocate in dealing with distressed sales and REO properties has afforded him the volume of experience that his radio listeners and clients have grown to appreciate. As a frequent guest of Mr. Credit Radio Show and Real Estate Contributor to the Union Tribune, Dave has been giving sound advice to consumers for years. Dave was recently awarded the San Diego Magazine’s 2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award and is a member of the California Association of Realtors Grievance committee, responsible for protecting consumer and Realtors alike against violations as deemed by the National Association Realtors Code of Ethics. Currently the largest volume producer in the nation in successful short sale transactions under the Loss Mitigation Network Dave continues to outperform year after year as a short sale expert and consumer advocate. Dave also lists & sells a majority of the big 5 banks REO Listings such as Chase & BofA. Dave is also a member of the National REO Broker Association and the California & National Association of Realtors.The Real Estate Coach (Dave) is passionate about educating & coaching his listeners with a winning Real Estate Game Plan and is focused on raising the bar of the level and quality service you the listener and his clients deserve.
