The culture I have created at WPHL has generated an awareness throughout Philadelphia and beyond acknowledging our standing as the premier media outlet to work for in the market. This culture emphasizes mutual respect and shared ideas while demanding absolute accountability and goal achievement.My career started as a Media Buyer/Planner and Supervisor for the largest Media agency in PA (Major Markets: NY, Phila, DC, among others).I then switched sides to sell CBS and UPN as a Viacom National Account Executive/Political and Spot specialist (NY/Pitts spot specialist and Denver/Salt Lake political specialist).To gain experience is all aspects of TV advertising sales I became a Local Account Executive for WPHL-TV in Philadelphia selling the Tribune owned local WB affiliate (now MyNet).Soon after joining WPHL-TV, I was promoted to National Sales Manager covering all major markets (NY, Chi, LA, etc). I quickly added Local Sales Manager to my achievements covering Harmelin Media (Largest agency in PA) among many others.In 2013 I was promoted to Director of Sales/General Sales Manager in charge of all advertising sales at Tribune Media\'s station in the fourth largest market. Tribune Media, with the acquisition of Local TV LLC in 2013, became the nation\'s largest independent broadcast group reaching 42% of the country (grandfathered in over the 39% FCC cap).
